Maggie's Place is excited to announce our theme for 2024 Summer Day Camp, with Storybook Summer Part II, The Sequel!

We will be celebrating literacy, adventure, and imagination, with weekly themes based on popular and award winning children's literature authors.

Week 1. June 3-7, Roald Dahl: James and the Giant Peach (Making friends)
Week 2. June 10-14, Maurice Sendak: Where the Wild Things Are. (Imagination)
Week 3. June 17- 21, Louis Sachar: The Wayside Stories, Holes (Getting along with others)
Week 4. June 24- 28, Lewis Carroll: Alice in Wonderland (Embracing our true selves)
Week 5. July 1- 5, Rudyard Kipling: The Jungle Book (Loyalty to family)
Week 6. July 8-12, Neil Gaiman: Coraline (Courage)
Week 7. July 15-19, Chris Van Allsburg: Jumanji (Adventure and friendship)
Week 8. July 22- 26, Jacqueline Davies: The Lemonade Wars (Entrepreneurship)
Week 9. July 29- Aug. 2, R. J. Palacio: Wonder (Kindness and acceptance)
Week 10. Aug. 5- 9, Beverly Cleary: The Ramona Series, Ralph S. Mouse (Growing up)
Week 11. Aug. 12- 16, Dr. Seuss: Who Was Dr. Seuss, The Bippolo Seed and Other Lost Stories, (Fun)

Maggie's Place Summer Day Camp Includes;

WEEKLY FIELD TRIPS
: 
Homestead Pizza and Bowling, Museum of Idaho, Community Park, Yellowstone Bear World, Minifig Mania, Fat Cats, Idaho Falls Zoo, Idaho Falls Library, Rexburg R
apids, East Idaho Aquarium, Artitorium, Art Museum of Eastern Idaho, Museum of Natural History and more!

EXCITING SPECIAL GUESTS AND VISITORS: 
GRIT League , Bike Rodeo, Dance, Robotics Workshop, Bounce House, Tennis, Tiki Hut Hawaiian Shave Ice, Art and Painting, Chuck G the Magic Irish Guy.

PLUS:
Morning and afternoon snacks are included
Camp t-shirt and daily take-home projects
A book to take home and keep for each week!

TIMES:
Summer Day Camp will be open from 7am to 6pm

COST:
$98 Registration Fee (one time)
$150 Weekly Tuition

(+ $45 Weekly Activity Fee.)
(Activity Fee covers field trip admission fees, transportation by bus, books, as well as well all camp and craft materials and supplies)
